Our club is expanding putting on a competition this fall. So this is a test we are doing for the web sight we are using for people to enter.
Czech dark lager is the test. First time I brewed not the most common malts but I made due.
Vienna base, sparingly black and chocolate whit a chunk of biscuit and munich.
15gal. batch pitched 4 outdated packs of 34-70. Sazz and tettnang hops. Fist time fermenting under pressure.
It’s pretty delicious.ive never had one to compare but pretty much fits the style. Malty with a bit of chocolate. Quite sessionable.
This was just starting to ferment, sat at about 10 psi really like these fermenters.
