Their smoked hot dogs, are my personal fav.
For 30+ years my son and and our friends would camp and fish opening weekend of trout season, and last week of October.
Smoked dogs on the fire, became a ritual, even with dog haters, they had to admit, these dogs on fire became a Michelin Star dining experience for us, LOL!
As an old retired (now) traveler, I got to sample dogs from all over the usa. Enjoyed so many local offerings.
I always looked for local made over a national brand dog.
Outside Duluth Minn, we would drive 30 miles for smoked fish, at a roadside shack.
Every 3-4 days, we would fill a small cooler up whatever fish was smoked, big chunks of the most delicious fish ever!
