24" Spinner trimmer

Friend of mine has a Vivosun one (I think). He loves it, I think the designs have improved from back in the day.
I'm still hand trimming but dang tempted to get a bowl trimmer... end result is decent. Not perfect, but good.
Look forward to hearing how you like it!

I'm also interested in one of these, a grow buddy had a trimming party one time and roughed them out with one of these and then we finished them by hand. I was ok with it but one of the guys there said he thought it was knocking more of the goodies off the buds than he cared for. I'm a one man army over here at my place and even if he was right to some degree I might be ok with the boost in production, might be willing to compromise a bit if necessary. I mean you'll still recover that keef anyway so what's it matta ? And I will likely be dealing with more to do than I've ever been faced with. :D

The last couple years I've been using a basting brush with silicone bristles to rough off the bigger leaves and basically I knock off anything I can with it, and that has worked alright.

For a few plants I'll trim by hand but, more than 5, and out comes the bowl trimmer! It will knock a big job down to size!

I started out doing by hand. My RA didn't like that too much. Then went to the bowl trimmer. Much easier. Then as the harvests got larger, I bought a twister t4. Then I started a trim service, bought a 2nd twister t4. Then used a centurion pro (buddy had it, hated it!). Sold both t4's when I quit flowering.

Traded a buddy a few clones for a 19" bowl trimmer for the autos I grow in winter. Didn't bother using it, just hand trim. So it collects dust.

I just got my 24" Spinner Trimmer from VEVOR. I am Canadian so I used their Canadian site. The Trimmer was 50% OFF for fathers day. So $108. Killer deal the thing is huge. I'll do a review as soon as I use it and I will ad the review to this posting.

I got one of those..My mom used it for her outdoor plants last few seasons ..They do work quite well..Nothing beats proper hand trimming for perfection but these are quick. 10 or 11 rotations forward. 10 or 11 the other direction. DONE!

I have 1 hand crank and one automated but same thing basically. They only work ok for wet trimming. If you dry trim with them you will lose a lot. I dont wet trim anymore so both are collecting dust. I bought a centurion dry tumbler trimmer that works but only if moisture content of buds is 9 to 11%. Its a time saver but you still have to finish by hand.20240623_051336.jpg
