For real, people don't seem to think much about Landrace stuff, but those genetics are incredibly stable, and been around long enough that you can add them to newer ones and get some neat phenotypes out of it. There's a specific region that I can't remember the name of right now, but when they tested some seeds collected from there, one pheno apparently smelled like raw sewage !!!

God I can only hope. So far I've kept 3 super nice gals to look at further and one culled down to one male..The male is the only one giving up any serious odor on a stem rub. It's like a earthy woody spicy Cinnamon..One of the females I caught some almost lavender scents...I usually don't go fondling on plants much for early odor but these plants certainly have my attention...BIG TIME

The Pakistani Chitral male I kept..Had a few males to chose from thankfully..This guy was a clear winner..Not sure why I'm so excited about these Pakis but I surely am...Ive never sat and looked at veg plants more than I have these I don't think.😆.Stout powerful structure... Look like beauties both of em. I'm a sucker for the stinkers.
Me too brother..These days I'm a full blown Terp hunter ...I've really been digging into terpene research lately just reading and trying to remember it all... I want to find strains with the lowest amounts of Myrcene and highest amounts of Pinene..Terpinolene..Ocimene..Beta caryophyllene (maybe I spelled those right🫣). Perhaps some Limonene and Eucalyptol but mainly NO Myrcene..I know that hunting different and off the beaten path of common terpenes is becoming my number one in importance...Maybe it's because I'm growing more and more and actually smoking less and less lol who knows why I do half the shit I do...But yes bring on that loud ...I'm a sucker for that stank too.

I've also been wanting to find some strong piney bud. This year I was looking at Sensi Star, San Fernando Valley Kush, and a North Shore strain, and going with North Shore. So I will be interested to see what you have to say about the ones you try. Skunk and piney is where my real interest is right now, and lemon gets my attention too. Seems like lemon and pine are found together a lot.
