Hindu kush heirloom or landrace

Hi new to this forum anyone got any recommendations on a hindu kush ibl heirloom or landrace. Wanting to hunt something with high thc and Cbd for my mother in law she has MS and dosent really like the couch lock high of most indicas. In my past experience hindu usually is a clear headed relaxing but not narcotic strain great for pain. Or any strain suggestions

Welcome aboard!

Sensi's HK is i feel more classic but def weaker, but Tuna Kush from reeferman and Original Sensibles Pure Kush are stronger pheno's they selected for from HK i feel like.. Pure kush def the stronger. All 3 are sleepers imo lol, but in the less stable lines you can get more uppy sativa-like plants among all the heavier indicas. I've been preserving seeds from sensi's early 2000's stock of hindu kush, running some right now... not strong like todays stuff but still will make you sleep haha.

when I first preserved them it was an open polenation so the spectrum is still broad and true to whatever was realesed early 2000 from sensi...it's actually the strain that triggered my interest in licorice terps, i just didn't like the high but it banged all the boxes in aroma/aftertaste with certain phenos.

Then theres Original Sensibles or Reeferman phenos that are more stable, correct me if im wrong but they seemed more worked for stability - are great Hindu kushes, but i havent ran them nearly as much as sensi's. I cant say this or that is better... You can really find something of your own that's unique within the Sensi gear I feel like. i'm sure some unique pheno's can be found within those more worked lines too though. Just there's more variation in structure, terp range and effects - although weak and like i said, not my style of high. But I am working with them right now

within the sensi pools you get a more classic Hindu Kush leaf, long feather-like well spaced out leaves with deeper sawtoothes, heres a shot of one pheno from old sensi seed pool

There's also Ahi Tuna which is Tuna Kush crossed back to Hindu Kush. Some speculate its a hybrid cause it goes back to old prohi canada and that it may be hindu kush with a little dab of black tuna, and with rumors that it had to be put in tuna cans way back cause the smell was so rank/fish like. but reeferman was the only one who made market seed early on, and it's definitely a stronger version of hindu kush, when I had it the fishyness was subtle and only on exhale. honestly more skunky and somewhat rks-like than tuna, I could have imagined the subtle tuna

These guys bred hazemans original first release of Tuna Kush with ibl hindu kush so similar to Ahi Tuna goals
Tuna Kush Seeds . It's not the exact same tuna kush but pretty good hindu imo, both are fair game genetically...
