Flakes or liquids which contain Ascophyllum Nodosum are superior products. Anything that simply says “seaweed extract” is inferior. Greenleafnutrients switched their sea-k from ascophyllum nodosum to “seaweed extract”. I’ve been using “maxicrop” 0-0-17 for a few months now, it’s omri listed, and much cheaper than the raw organic brand kelp.
