Repurposed Seed storage? Your opinion?

I have a question for your guys about repurposed Seed storage containers. OK so I have this little 2ml perfume sample thing, and the perfume is gone but there's still some slight aroma to the plastic cap.

Both parts have been soaked in 91% iso for a few hours. The glass part is squeaky clean w/ no aroma. I might re-soak the cap, but if it still has the perfume aroma, should I just ditch it? I mean it's otherwise very clean.

It had Tom Ford Costa Azzurra in it, in case you were wondering which smells amazing BTW

If you were to fashion a new seal/insert, the cap is removed from the equation.
The seeds would not 'see' the cap.

bleach, iso, wd40, or vinegar. One of those should work.

I really prefer to keep the cap, as it's threaded and would clearly be the best way to secure the beans

Will try bleach next if needed giving it a 2nd iso soak first
