I recently went to revisit a Netflix series, from maybe 7-8 years ago now, Sense 8 a 2 season series. I do not think it had rave reviews, but we really enjoyed it.
I may go look for the sound track, as it full of good tunes.
Defiantly on the odd spectrum, and we loved the characters the actors built for the series.

Not often an event lives up the the hype, but UFC 300 did the job and reminded me why I keep watching in spite of myself.
The gimmick "BMF" match featured the greatest finish in UFC history, IMO and the main event showed why one fighter belonged there and left the other one staring up at the lights.
The Holloway/Gaethje finish had me yelling aloud when it happened and again on the replay. Holeee hell!!!
I won't say more to avoid spoilers but the entire event from the early pre-lims on was a great time.

I started watching the movie 'Head' with the Monkees. Written by Jack Nicholson. I will have to watch it tomorrow as I realized I wasn't high enough! I'll probably chase it with Beetlejuice.

The 100 Foot Wave.
I was never hooked into surfing, I'm not close to the ocean, but simply to sample something out of our normal viewing choices.
We loved it, really loved the places the show takes you, and getting a bit of surfer folks perspective, was very interesting to us.

Years ago, I tried watching Orphan Black, however the commercials, made it very difficult to follow the twisted plot.
Now it's on Netflix, so it is uninterrupted, and we find it to be a pretty good show.
We also found the Aussie , Highlands to be a good series.
The scenery is breath taking also, to us and sever stark landscape differences, to where the Opal Hunters are being recorded at.
We love following the different miners, the machines they use, and DAMN they work hard, on Opal Hunters.
Now it's on Netflix, so it is uninterrupted, and we find it to be a pretty good show.
