Just saw this and thought it was cool. @DopeDaniel, we drove by here near Nordegg a few weeks after this video was taken. Not sure why we didn't stop as this is a very interesting place, both geographically and culturally. It's only a few minutes off the highway, too.
A native burial ground was here. I don't recall the specifics but this is a sacred place. There is a memorial at the top of the dam with a lot of the details.

LOL, you're going to love the way you say to someone "please go fetch me the blue book from the chest in the attic" hahaha I'm not brain functioning enough yet to do a line by line, but it's something not unlike "would you, please, for me, fetch the book, attic blue chest".

As I recall the gal at the mine said the area around the dam was closed for reclamation. Could be mixing things up, you fired off several suggestions and I think she shot every one of them down, lol.

I think that was Crescent Falls, iirc, but you could well be correct. That was a long time ago.
