lol this is why im hopeless in general. lost in bud pron for the last 20 years or so lol. i dont have this cut, just to make sure. just archiving pics i know to be accurate. but i do have my eyes on some related heirlooms... if anyone is interested in preserving the real thing lmk.

I know between Chemdog and OG Kush, both of those are things I'd like to become more common again. I miss OG Kush, and literally haven't even seen it in.....Man it must be like 5 years at this point. Just up and disappeared sadly. I know around here, the real deal Chemdogs are starting to become available now; There's a place here that has a license with "the guy" Chemdog, to sell the real Chemdog strains, and I have emailed them already. When I checked, it was Chemdog 4 they were running mainly, but the COO did say they were possibly going to run some of the others as well. I recommended Chem D and Chemdog as those are ones I'd like more of in the area. Chem's Sis is one I've not ever seen, but I'd like to some day. Now all I have to do is figure out how to annoy them enough that they sell cuts LOL.

chem's sis is supposed to be more like the diesel fuel smell, and most of the top names that use chem seem to use sis in recipes, its not prevalent like the others. i personally like the idea of #3 or even #2, just for the uniqueness, but i have my doubts 2 is stable, or available at all. sis isnt around too much either. i know inkognyto uses #3 however.

the cut (or cuts) i can locate with any verifiability to them, are all very expensive, and on my pauper's budget not a thing rn. but from what i can tell, one of two suppliers is stealing pictures for their listings. so that leaves one, which i've vetted over the past few days. seems to have the whole arsenal of chem and og.

personally would love to preserve a genuine OG cut. ghost S1 seeds are around every so often, but i havent had good luck popping the packs i ran, and have had bad herm rates with the ones that made it to flower. from some DMs and some previous dives into the topic, it looks like most of the OG out there is most likely bagseed from the real deal anyway, so starting as far back as possible is the logical move.

sourcing the original cut would be the best start i can think of. securing the cut, selfing it as well as bxing it. i'm pretty removed from the "market" so to speak, and perfectly happy using my space for preservation vs. seed sales. anyone with the interest give me a holler, i will gladly donate the entirety of my grow space to the op, 4 rigs worth.

You know I have thought about that; Like what happened to #2 and #3 ? Or A, B, and C, and why have I not ever seen them ? LOL. I just want to smell them at least haha.

How much ? I haven't ever seen one myself, and, honestly I barely know where to get cuts. I did see that the guy Chemdog is licensing them, and I heard that in another state a cut of Chem D from him was pretty cheap by what I thought it would cost. I think it was like 40 bucks but I may be mistaken.

Yeah, the herm thing seems like it would be something that sticks around, but personally I have 0 experience, as I've yet to find a single person who still has any :( Agree though; The older the start, the better it seems for chances you'd find what you are looking for in it.

Chem Sis the San Margerhita cross is definitely Choc Diesel all the way. Snowdogs pushing the terp slep wish I still had her stil .ChemFam #413. Anyone see PBud that was a good one too ? Giesel tops it off MassSuperskunk hits it right one for me.

these are all ranging from 200 to 500 per one rooted clone, so its not cheap. that being said, thats nothing compared to what some of these cuts have gone for in the past. so i'm game, but no funds like that to spare for a while. chem's sis is there and appears to be accurate. some of the other chems and ogs are there as well, but i know @DemonTrich has SFV for much cheaper, and i think shoreline might have 91 along with some others.

i can only offer my facilities and my hands at the moment. i also have STS standing by. at some point i will hopefully get some spare funds for one of these 92s at the minimum, but im game for a group buy or something if anyone is interested.

Yeah that's way out of my range at least currently too. This past few months has been a very low on funds time frame, but, it'll get better eventually :)

If I come across anything of note, which, oddly has happened now and then, I'll be thinking about you.

You know, LOL, I went on google to see what the cost would be for certain cuts, and on one hand, I was shocked to see a Rooted Gelato #33 for like 99 dollars (No idea if that was in any way legit of course) and then some were over 12,000 dollars... I've only heard of the cost of cuts before, so it was new for me LOL.

yea starfighter was one of those, at auction went for 12K? something like that. on one hand i get it, if its miles past the current market, or a legit heirloom, but i'd never spend that much. no choice really lol

think we might get a group buy going here for the 92. either way i'm heading back to running og for the foreseeable future. where i belong:yinyang:
