I remember before I joined here and didn't know what an elbow was.... LOL. For me exotic simply means expensive though..... So a dude retired to clear out his stock?? Like a stoner Tom Brady...

lmao did I miss that? so many things I missed out on over the years with all the breeders lost =(. I'd always wanted to run Subcool varieties but sadly they are gone before I got around to it.

In other news I got a tracking number today so will see how they compare against DCSE goodies.

I think his sister picked up the can after Sub passed . Not sure exactly what was available and how they re established but I did see something awhile ago regarding his line living on . He was doing it tough towards the end .

I've heard that and they did a big seed run with another company or something too. Useful daughter might pickup the hobby as well. Riu post states she has all the genetic stock still so that would be cool.

So I guess my items haven't actually shipped yet. A shipping label was created Friday but not dropped off. Today is a holiday. So assuming tomorrow, that's 9 days lead time. I gently submit that I'm used to much better service elsewhere.

same, i'll be holding them for 6 months before I can get a germination test done too =/. Hopefully there's a bunch of freebies but I doubt I will return. I've had better treatment from seedsman/nirvana/attitude overseas.

Well my order finally arrived, same thing a few stickers and a single freebie from them. I was going to brag about how good DCSE was that my order got here in the same day ordered a week apart but my package was missing 100% of what I ordered, just had 2 freebies......so an email off to them I guess.

The prices were nice but customer service lacking.

apparently a former seed bank scam from back in the day, I had to look it up. Its a legit fear when you see expensive hard to find packs at steep discount prices. Some of those hype strains for multiple hundreds of dollars etc.

Thanks, I had no idea honestly... I hadn't ever ordered seeds before I joined here, so I haven't ever had to worry about being scammed thank God

Greenline Organics, GLO, Therealflavorcreator or whatever you want to call him, screwed a lot of people, from customers to breeders out of many many thousands of dollars a couple years ago.

I am NOT saying Deeply Rooted is like GLO at this time. I got my order.

But GLO achieved this scam by turning up the water temperature very slow on everyone. Great deals that you couldn’t find elsewhere, tons of legit freebies, elite genetics… first the shipping started getting slower. Then No response to email. Then long absences. Then not paying his breeders. Finally he ghosted everyone.

So the idea of discounts no one else is running, slow shipping, limited communication, etc just reminds me of the beginning of the end of GLO, that’s all.

All that said, if I was in the market for some more in-house or whatever. I know that if I didn’t see a better sale on Fourth of July I would probably order again. Cause STDEEAALLSSS lol

That's sad bro.... Specially for something that, at one time, wasn't legal, so options for getting money back would have been I'm guessing, limited at best ?
