Early Xmas Present to Myself- B-Zero

Thought I’d add my early opinion here. Got one of these B zero ball vapes 3 days ago as an early birthday treat. Every time I use it I like it more. I’ve been paying attention and I don’t think I’ve coughed up any phlegm today for the first time in a very long time. Wondered if it would help.

I get high like hash hits, dose a whole joint in 3 hits or so. Feels like a cleaner high to me.

I wonder what it’ll be like hitting a joint again, or my bong. Soon I’ll try it out.

Got this rig from VGoodiEZ, was the cheapest bundle I could find. Now that I’ve tried it I’d like to get the nice base and an enail rig I can use with this controller, would work good for my hash. Maybe a handle for the ball vape too.

Nice. I've been using my B-1 exclusively since Christmas and can def tell that my throat feels better, don't have that burning anymore. I agree that the buzz is more like hash or a "cleaner" high. Enjoy!

Thanks dude. It was this thread and the reviews here that made up my mind, had been thinking about it for a while now, not getting younger and I'm always coughing up green/brown phlegm, maybe this will help. I don't cough a lot, but I get phlegm build up. It can't be good. I ride bike and don't have breathing problems and I'd like to keep it that way.

About a year ago I upgraded to the head that has the tiny purple balls all in the head and it really makes a huge difference. You get a way better hit. Pretty sure that's what you have. It might feel really different hitting it with a flame again, it got me more "blazed out of my skull" kinda high than the hash-ish type with the vape. i think it's more uplifting with the vape.

About a year ago I upgraded to the head that has the tiny purple balls all in the head and it really makes a huge difference. You get a way better hit. Pretty sure that's what you have. It might feel really different hitting it with a flame again, it got me more "blazed out of my skull" kinda high than the hash-ish type with the vape. i think it's more uplifting with the vape.

Yeah, it has the tiny balls in the head. I think that "blazed out of my skull" is just the reaction from the combustion. Combustion high if you will. I still get really stoned, munchies all that but the buzz is different. Gotta be all that bad stuff in the burn.

Couple more things I've noticed after using the B-zero for a couple weeks now. Have some old jars of stuff I didn't really enjoy smoking all that much, was saving it for hash. Tried some of that through the vape and found it's all pleasant. Next observation is two sided, don't enjoy my hash as much, at least not through the 3-hole pipe. Flip side is hash is a pia to make, even old dried-up herb through the vape is as good as hash, maybe won't bother with the hash anymore.

Yup, can't beat flower.
I press my kief from the trim bin and give it away and people act like it's some wonderful gift.
I just can't be bothered with it.

A little bit of kief on top of the bud works pretty good. Hash burns too slow to really enjoy in the vape. I gave up on the kief though since switching to vape only. I combusted the other day just to see how it was after over a month of no flame and it was pretty gross and I realized quick that I actually get a bigger hit with the vape.

Still haven't smoked, unless you count the hash melts. But that's more of a melt than a smoke, hot poker dabbed into the hash. I do melt it hot though. Hash is a bit different through the water rig, better. Played around with the hash and nail and torch very little so far. Want to get an enail for dabs that'll plug into my controller. In time perhaps, really liking the vape so far. Really haven't wanted anything else. I have a good variety of weeds and they're all special in their own way in the vape, different than burning it. Of course I've tried the kief on top, bedtime special Haven't tried hash on top, doesn't seem like it would work as well, probably mostly run through and gunk everything up.

I also quit cigs, many years ago now and alcohol also not too long after the cigs. Been burning weed for a long time though, never thought I'd stop. Been kinda anti-social lately I'm sure when I'm around someone else smoking and they offer, I probably won't pass at least not until I take a hit. Sister used to stop by all the time wanting to smoke but she got popped driving after drinking, now she can't do anything, pretty much a prisoner in her home, don't feel bad for her at all. Too bad for my sister I'm a cold brother. She wasn't too impressed with my reaction. I wasn't too happy as she was just running off about how she wanted to take her son ice fishing more this year, which meant I'd get to tag along, sure wasn't worried about not upsetting her.

It just clicked recently that this year is 20 since I quit tobacco. I smoked for 23, so that's the next milestone to reach. It's twelve now with no booze. I have no regrets and no craving or interest to restart anything. Life has only improved.

It's weird that it's only been a year without burning weed. It seems so foreign to me now, and so nasty.

I gave up tobacco about 8 years ago. The only alcohol I drink is in kombucha, not giving that up. gave up dabbing about 5 years ago due to anxiety issues. I can attest to that. My throat feels a lot better since not combusting for almost 2 months thats for sure. gonna have to sneak a joint every once in a while I'm sure.

I posted a few days ago about my frustrations with Davinci's complete lack of response (3 weeks now) on a request for a warranty claim on my IQ2 vape. I have come to the conclusion I need another vape and whenever Davinci (hopefully) eventually responds, I would prefer to put it on reserve duty. It will take a little while to save up and I was considering something like either a Mighty+ or Venty from S&B, but I finally started paying attention to the ball vapes. I can easily see something like a B Zero or a Terp Hammer as a good option, but I want to do a little more research so I know what I'm getting into. I'll also need to find something that works best in the space where it'll be used. Maybe that'll include a slightly longer whip, is there any disadvantage to going with one about 4' or so?

I would strongly recommend reading r/vaporents on reddit. The Venty has been a shitshow since release. I've seen people on their FIFTH replacement unit who are still having issues.
The Arizer Solo 3, otoh, has great reviews and costs a lot less.(it will be my next vape)


I haven't followed the market super closely since getting mine, but there are more players in the ball vape market and there are a few cheaper options than the B-0 that have good reviews. Shouldn't be tough finding something you like.

I have a B zero and use it thru a bubbler bong...Knowing it's not portable there isn't one thing bad or negative I can even come up with...Just super quick heating..very dependable and controlable how big of hits you want..Can just poke this thing or blow damn clouds...I've had multiple portables.. Nothing could separate me from my Arizer solo 2 and I'll surely have the solo 3 just because.....Used the Solo 1 14 damn years before it quit and I was a way heavier user back then...Ordered the solo 2 instantly when it did...Still have the original solo sitting here just because i couldn't part with it 😉

I've seen several of the complaints. Definitely not a good release. I'm considering that one at this point mostly because the features look good and by the time I could save up the money I'm hoping maybe they'll have it sorted out better. If not, oh well.
