Since I am unwilling to flip until I have confirmed roots on the gg4, I may be forced into another topping. I'll stop pruning the nodes for now, will leave them with single colas once I flip.

She takes real well to lst. Let's out a pop then can still self support. 3-4 nodes up from those areas branches are still very pliable.

That tan line on the far stem was more a severe crack than a pop, lol. No tape no support needed.

I also can't read the two words " tan line " without thinking of it as a tanline from the sun. LOL

Well, check out the tan line on Lao Sa too.

She seems to be going for the more intense and more red light but also seems to hit dli max at 14 hrs with the leaf droop. Had to push that branch back over where it was yesterday.

Rhodium from @Meatman

Everybody was starting to some sign of wanting the day to be over by 16 hrs. So I backed the light down a level to about 600 ppfd.

Foliar/IPM Epsom 1/2T, 1/2T Photosynthesis plus, 1/2T Botanigard 22WP, Thermx70 1 glop In one gal, used half.

First time using photosynthesis plus as a foliar. Added several tablespoons of BioCeres to 5 gal of mulch and topped each bed. Botanigard sprays far superior, better coverage, zero nozzle clogging.

Added Bt to the rez, shouldn't adversely effect the swamp cooler I don't think.

Had to do a factory reset on the 69pro, it wasn't updating the history log in the app. Had to re-enter the automation info.
This didn't work long term, and not going to create account so I can connect via wifi either. Might be the app still, the other unit is still working fine so I might revert the firmware update that seems to have started this.

Looking good dude!
Thanks, if I don't flip soon it's gonna be a mess. Gonna take one more round of @Mim Towls hail mary cuts this afternoon.

Gonna top the gg4 back to where I stopped pruning the nodes, using the top for a cut. Should be able to fill the good part of a tray.

Still no GG4 roots here either as of yesterday. All the cuts still look healthy though, and a couple look like the day they were snipped. Lol.
Have one cut in a small pot of soil I think may be rooted, but can't check for sure.
Jenny has rooted one single cut, and they were all taken the same day. So should have something else rooting showing up here soon.

I find that gg4 takes a bit longer to root, ~14-18 days.

Yep, she can be a bitch
My first round of cuts is actually looking like they may be starting to green up. They are close to 21 days, haven't done a good job logging lately. I've only been taking a few cuts at a time but was able to grab several today.

Should be flipping within the next few days, maybe tomorrow? Lol, see how I feel in the morning.

Hacked back the LaoSa pretty hard.

Axed 2 top nodes hoping Stardawg will fill in.

Sunset comes early tonight.

Raised the light to 18-24+in above canopy and turned it up to 9, 600-750 ppfd
So I take it that means they've been flipped over to flower? Or you doing the gradual shortening of days?
Or am I completely wrong?

Made this setup so I can feed/ipm/inoculate via the soaker hoses without mixing into the res.
20231206_094720.jpg
Gave Regalia 1T/gal and rootwise biophos 1t/gal half gal each bed today.

Using about 5 gal a day, maybe a little less. Feed line to swamp cooler is off, dehuey recycle is providing more than needed. Dosed the drain and line with a little physan.

Day 2, no flowers yet? WTF?

Yesterday, Sunday, was ipm/foliar cal carb, vinerate and botinigard @1/2 T in 1/2 gal and again didn't use it all, new sprayer too effecient and it's hard mixing less than a 1/2 gal.

Today fed beds rootwise microbe complete. Soon - epsom foliar a sulfur burn.

GG4 seems to respond well to this node pruning.
Before

After
20231218_150729.jpg
The node dislocates real well, with minimal sap compared to scissors.
20231218_102211.jpg

On the left are the one or two nodes taken from each gg4 branch on the right I only took one node from 3 of 4 tops on the Rhodium, trying to get it to catch up to gg4.
20231218_102659.jpg

Anticipate LaoSa will be extended flower and max head room so I am topping it to keep even with canopy (well gg4)

I'm not quite hitting the humidity she wants and if I don't want the doorknob to freeze I can't do much.
