That looks nice!
Thanls
How much longer you think that gg4 needed for best expression?
Doing a sequential chop, have 2 branches left on one plant and 2 more plants. Chopping a branch every other day, will be at 10 weeks by the time I finish off plant no. 2 so I may take all of plant 3 at that point. To answer your question, idk 🤷‍♂️.

Day 65 chop 🪓 for the rest of gg4 and Stardawg. I'll be more inclined to let them go longer when there is less of a backlog and hopefully no week 6-7 anthers.

Not really a fan of that top hat the Stardawg is continuing to kick out, the rest of the plant looks done imo. Not like I'm waiting for lowers to ripen.

LaoSa still kicking.

MTOS (#??) is about a week in a day or so less for Grapesmac 2. Grapesmac 1, Blueberry Muffin 1 & 2 went in last night. Thinking I will run them in containers, maybe go to 5 gal and use the blue mats. Can't really lower the lights with LaoSa in there bit I might be able to split the 2 sections.

She's gonna get some soft rock phosphate topdress.

Sour Special Sauce @GTR Seeds has so.e verrigation on one branch, hope it doesn't spread.

Tropicolada (two in middle) has a floral note. Ca hungry (pic above) need to foliar.

MdR x NH (front left) looks like a dude, CnC (front right) looks like it will blow up when I top it.

Need to transplant the Sour Bubble, the one early looks like dude. When I transplant, they're gonna get blumats.

Looks like 9 Afgaan90, a male and female from the first round and 7 new. I'll get a seperate thread for those up.

Thanks bro its not easy, feel like I'm getting beat up sometimes. She's a real treat, keeping pace with the triploids.
I'm glad you're enjoying them. I found them outdoors vigorous, bullet proof and finish reasonable fast. 9 weeks on par for most.
I think outdoors they'd be great there.
Stoked with your lao sa effort so far. Mine are all toast. Chooks decided to nest in greenhouse before I set up chook run lol.
They remind me so much of the Mullumbimby madness. Outside absolute giants but sadly wouldn't finish in time for you. In saying that I had mm still going first week of winter here chugging along before I pulled the plug from choppers above.
Great journal, good bloke and although the tech lighting goes over my head it's all thoroughly enjoyable. Good stuff mate, birthday card will be sent out from me to you after season finishes here

9 weeks would still need some luck but doable. Didn't get many beans last year and what I did make didn't have time to fully mature and germination has been spotty. Some random mature seeds but not part of what I did intentionally.

Don't sweat it mate, I just share the love. You were a gentleman a while back and I return the favour. There's a few good heads here I enjoy sending beans to so they can have fun with. I've got alot to get through over winter and I've found a couple of good pairings I think. Time will tell whether dog shut or any good. I promised those Lebanese to you and I'm a man of my word.
The earliest the bakehouse has finished was one at 8. Most at nine and a couple at 10. Run the gauntlet mate, you know you want to hahaha

LOL I'd love her opinion on a few things I've got then
Well, this Rhodium is definitely licorice forward.

I'm using paper bags for the first time I think since I started growing again after legalization.

Focusing more on steady rh than temperature or "ideal" rh, 7-10 days hang then another 7-10 in paper bags. Used to not have any enviro control and it was 7 and 7.

I'll likely move to grove bags, maybe a jar or two 🤷‍♂️ after they homogenize. Got a new tote with a gasket so we'll see how that goes.

I haven't tried paper bags myself, but it stands to reason it'd work out if the RH stays on point. I have to find "creative" ideas a lot when I crop out, because.... I hate trimming, and when you have about 14 pounds of weed hanging up all at once, it doesn't get any easier staring at all that, so, normally I attempt to get the stuff that matters most done first, and then the other stuff, I experimented with a two years ago, to see how long I could keep it "fresh". Our temps in November made this a little easier, as the room it was in can stay at about 58 degrees without a heater, so the main thing was keeping the RH in the room up enough. There's a giant ass humidifier out there though, so, setting that to 60% and keeping it filled up did a great job, and after like 2 months of it being out there, I noticed one day that some had gotten overly dried, so I reset the humidifier to 75% for about a week, and that took care of it and got the moisture back into the buds. By the time we finished it was well into Winter, and as I snipped buds off the stems, and into a Grove Bag, I let them cure, and had very nice results. Cured up nicely, good smell and flavor, and good quality. It makes sense in my head when I think about it, as I got to "play in a florists shop" back when I was a kid, since my Mom was friends with the owner, and I couldn't help but notice, that keeping cut plants fresh, isn't that hard. Just keep the temps cool, and the plants at the right moisture level, and they hold pretty well. I still have a bunch of stuff hanging from this season, but since the room doesn't ever see 70 degrees, and we have humidifiers, I have not had any issues thus far honestly. It makes it a lot easier to deal with I can tell you that. I do a few racks here and there, and just make sure that they're staying cool, and that the RH stays right, and they'll hold for a while.

I do like the Grove Bags. Specially when I'm doing the "long term" hanging. It's just easier to deal with that, assuming of course that the room itself isn't dry as shit. I've had to "remoisten" bags before, but it's not too hard really, and once the RH in the bag is back to a normal level, just hold them in there and extra week, and they go right back to curing.

A Tote with a Gasket is interesting. Sounds like a good way to store grove bags where you can make sure they have some moisture in there. If I'm not mistaken, I think you mentioned once before that you've used a sprayer to moisten a big rubber bin full of bags so they wouldn't dry out so fast in Winter. Is that gasket idea to make that part easier ?

So once they're trimmed, into a paper bag with some clips to keep it shut, and now we wait ? I like this so far. I do have some big ass plastic / rubber maid bins that I store Grove Bags in for more "long term" storage options, as it's easier to keep the RH at a decent level in a closed bin than it is to leave it in the bedroom where dry air abounds this time of year, even with humidifiers going.
