I carried my potato plants up out of the basement, and outside today.
4 flowering, were started around 1/27, the last one is only now pushing up greens.
All my Siberian garlic cloves, I put in the ground, well a raised bed, back in November, seems like all have leaves popping up!!

At my mom's house currently, and the WiFi is down. I should have known something other than my cholesterol was up when I saw Comcast work trucks all over on the way here.

Only my phone and limited data right now. She said it was 2 hours last time. Hopefully not.

I'm reading text files stored on a drive I've had for over a decade. I guess it's fun.

I really hope you get your dream farm. I have a vision for a little farm too. Slowly starting to make it happen, got 3 acres, have a horse there now and a tractor. Working on clearing more area for a garden. Figure I'll be working on it until I'm no longer able to or I'm dead, hopefully the latter. I just dread the thought of not being capable of doing the things that make me happy.

You summed up my thoughts well. I want to keep puttering in the yard until one day I just fall over. One way or another, I'm not going to waste away, a lump on a mattress, slowly decaying. Quality over quantity all the way.

Nothing clears the mind of modern day bs when u can hang out with ur plants and chickens all around and being one with nature outdoors. Can’t imagine living in town or a city. def not my style

that’s one thing I know I need is cementing in a top moms and take it easy after this rounds qc sampling , this huge library of keepers and clones and testers is killing me, it’s just the addiction to hunting and loving even the weirdo pheno’s lol 😆

So gonnea feel good when current round gets fully quality ranked and than I can kill the obvious not worthy , i do this to myself cause i cant remeber last time I didn’t . massive hunts def impact soo much and are def hard to keep so much around and happy. Def much respect to all who do cause I think also people don’t realize why majority of scene will grow 2-6 plants in masses and keep rest in circle and even than keeping it low. it def is impacting but for me the hunting and love for diff traits and even the growing experiences with each pheno is untouchable to any hobby I’ve ever done. Shoot that’s why we are all here hehe

For sure dude, love the burn and I only know one way, full effort. Lived on the end of a shovel for years, sounds stupid but I loved it. I still spend a ton of time behind one even though I don't make my living that way anymore. Tried some new weed I grew and it has strong sativa effects, vaped some hours ago and I'm still wired. I could rage out working for hours on this stuff, haven't crashed yet. I did my first indoor 3 or 4 years ago and there hasn't been a time since that I haven't had some plants running. I'm with ya, don't even want to think about stopping.

As a fisherman, there are various "worm-calling" methods I've read about: low voltage current, vibrations, and probably a few others, but I haven't tried any yet. If the ground is thawed and I want worms I just grab a shovel and dig around.
