Decades of running sites has taught me early on - Multiple quality backup sources and never trust a host to save you. It's always just a matter of time before something catastrophic happens.

In this case it was 1....an add on subscription that had been expired since August. Not getting the notification or able to log into the portal to pay for subscription renewal. So I just bought them to solve a few of the conflicts. I am going to get the upgrade lifecycle straightened out. I know there are subscriptions with other addons also that I dont have access to. So please keep your eyes open and help me get things fixed up by providing feedback.

HaH mine said I had wrong PW and it would not reset, I tried making a temp account no email.

Waking up to a site down and then having to deal with any CSR on host side is a seriously horrible day and considering all the media throughout here I'd hate to see the backup size. Server power is easy these days I can scale anything with a slide or just set it to auto up my server on demand. Drive space though.. Jesus that will cost you a serious fortune.

When I checked the site late this morning, the most recent posts I could see were dated from August 10th. Tonight all of my current posts and pms are now back. Kudos for the behind the scenes work you did to restore the site. It sounded like a pita so I'm sure I speak for all here when I say thank you for your hard work Sir @Deebs. I salute you with a doob of my best.

Looks like Ill be reaching out to the actual dev of this addon, I feel like I've tried everything. My brain is fried for the day all.

So I talked to the dev.

Seems its not compatible yet with the latest and greatest version we are on, but I have gotten most of it working besides the clicking of the tabs and a few settings. When it gets updated, I will download the addon and schedule the upgrade.

So he just gave me a fast track estimate LOL 10 hours of work @ ~ $280. Let me see what I can do.
