Mixing batches can be tedious and time-consuming. I gotta commend you for putting in the effort ×4.

Interesting, that Light was the crowd favorite, only to have it come back with some of the highest numbers.
That is some quality feedback.

Were the doses simply less diluted as they moved toward heavy ?
Or were the ratios changing?

Do you mean the feed charts? The ratios were similar. I used the direct amounts listed on the official feed charts, but only used the "stable" inputs in the reservoir. If you look at the different feed charts, it does seem to keep a very similar ratio but in higher quantities or ml/gal.

Test results are in. The picture at the top of each plant is the actual bud that got tested. It would appear that Light, Medium and Extra Heavy plants were a similar pheno and the Heavy was an outlier with a completely different cannabinoid profile. This completes the experiment and based on the results, less appears to be better in my growing environment.

Of course transplanting at week 3 of flower to get rid of the Rain Science bags doesn't help the experiment, but the ratios still hold in my eyes...

Smoke reports from others say the light plant was preferred by all, but all of the plants were similar in effects. Interesting the amounts of CBG....

Yeah, I was curious about that.
Say - I had a gallon of 'heavy' feed, if I added a quart of water to that -would it be 'medium' feed?
If I added a quart of water to the 'mid'- would I have light feed?

Oversimplified, for the sake of conversation.

I am just picturing the chore of mixing up all these unique batches. I was wondering if a guy could cheat with the help of a TDS meter.

It really scratches that itch, to have so many data points.

Too easy to just buy products, close your eyes and hurl it at that wall ; but the blindfold never comes off in that scenario. How would I ever know what stuck ?

in my mind, it's similar to running the Lucas formula. 8/16 is the "final" ratio but when I used it, I started at 1/2 , then 2/4 etc as the plants could handle more EC

but the ratio is still the same

Yes, I guess you could dilute since the ratios are similar each week, but I made fresh gallon batches each time for each feed chart using ml/gal to get the exact dose for each gallon. I have five 1 gallon mixing pitchers, so on Sunday or Monday before leaving for the week to go work, I would make up 3-5 pitchers of the same feed chart mix and pour into the gallon jugs I have from distilled water so my dad could top off the reservoirs each morning while I was gone.

Those gallon jugs had masking tape on the lids with the grow box number they were assigned to and they were sat in front of that grow box so dad wouldn't get confused about which was which. He knew not to take number 1 jugs to grow box number 2, etc. because they were different feed water, even though they looked the same.

I would do this for each grow box, so basically I was making 3-5 gallons of the four different feed chart mixes at the same time which wasn't terribly difficult since I just dosed each pitcher with the proper ml/gal and then went to the next input. Once I was done making grow box number 1 gallon mixes, I swapped the feed chart and repeated the process for the next batch of 3-5 gallons for each box.

I'm a new grower and I haven't yet used the same nutrient line twice in the last 5 grows. I believe you need to learn how to use the nutrients you are using before deciding whether you want to keep using it. I was sold on the science behind the Rooted Leaf nutrients, but there wasn't any clear guidance from the company on exactly how to use them since my grow boxes are not a standard way of growing for most home growers and certainly not any commercial grows, which is their focus. This experiment let me learn how the nutrients behave and what doesn't work for my setup.
