Confirmed: 2 Bluegill females and 2 grape ape gushers x bb females.
Put into their final pots this morning and will be flipped no later than next weekend. Need to grab more zip ties tomorrow to spread everyone out.

It's pretty neat! I'll let you sample some in a month or so if we link. You may also want to try a nug of the tough titty before you devote real estate to flowering out a big one. What if you don't like it? LOL. I gave some to my homie who doesn't grow, and he instantly said " Wow, that's clean". IDK what that means lol but then he texted me and said he gets " fruity pebbles" after the grind. I still get creamy orangish from it, but we all have different pallets, and I'm all burnt up from a life of autobody. I won't be hurt if you "viciously cull" anything I give you lol. I get it.

Heck yeah brother. I'm excited to see what the GAG cross does. I feel like it will go down a more " old school " funky road, but we'll see!! The bluegills are turning out pretty neat for me, from the 3 I've got to flower.....so I'm almost certain you should get something worthwhile from them. Ya never really know though, so thanks for giving them the space!!

I only viciously cull seedlings lol. Kind of like I told my uncle when he was like why you kill all those...Well I'm into growing...Not nursing.As far as what I like..I have keepers that I grow that I never ever smoke..I'm not even a heavy smoker anyways..I keep GG4 and it never enters my lungs lol..I sample everything I grow a few times but really only smoke certain strains on a reg basis...Some strains really promote anxiety for me and i dont know why..Some strains are flat out 100% positive and uplifting ...I grow for my elderly parents uncle ,and wife..And if a grower with skills that you have really like it I'm certain I will too wether I smoke it or not...I seen those hard chunky beauties...Best believe i want that in my stable...That plant looks better than everything in veg tent at the moment..Nooo doubt... I also spent most of my grow time with nothing but raw brutal funk terps and hazes. Ranging from catpiss to . You have no idea how much fun I'm having exploring the sweeter side of things..
At this point Sour, candy, fruity and everything in between has my full attention.. Actually have enjoyed the taste and buzz from multiple strains the last couple of years that ide not normally even run... Appreciate ya homie

You've mentioned C99 being an anxiety trigger for you. I can't recall if I suggested letting her go longer.

I ran my Cindy keeper for years. It's a true 7 week strain, but the first time I grew her I let her completely finish swelling and maturing and took her on day 59. I fell in love with the high. It was only after a couple years that I chopped one on 49f. It was a similar high, but much more jangly on the nerves, if that not-a-word makes sense. It's a fun buzz in the right mood, but I prefer the more mellow, happy, yet still energetic effect the extra time gives her.

I honestly been thinking about running her again but not sure where to even start..So many ppl LOVED c99 when I kept her around a couple years..It was weird..It hit me way wrong every damn time..The last time I had to actually get in the shower to pass that most extreme anxiety..Almost to the point of unconsciousness..That probably sounds weird , off, or even funny to some Hell the wife and I even laugh about it..but very uncomfortable and not even worth it for me.. Recently smoked some of the Super silver haze I grew and that wacked me fairly uncomfortable too..And I LOVE haze..That cut is crazy potent..The craziness was only for about the first ten minutes then I started digging it..I don't mind the jitters and flighty feeling of most sativa's..Actually like that...It's just weird and hard to explain the extreme anxiety some strains bring..I'm thinking its a exact terpene thats causing it..Perhaps allergic to a certain terpene..FOk i don't really know..Really kind of tired of trying to figure it out..I hold certain cuts that treat me perfectly perfect. Still thinking about bringing in a C99 for crossing purposes tho..I did run the c99 cut I had to multiple different harvest dates as I do most of my keepers...Still no bueno....Most of my herb gets gifted and just because I don't like it ....I see others absolutely loving it..I pretty much hoard "MY" stuff

You remember me saying how the Wife always likes these more Sativa heavy strains, but they give her anxiety? I've put some thought into this myself honestly. My best advice, at least so far with my experimenting, is to let them go way longer. And even then, tread lightly. If you can get her to like almost 50% amber, the way that THC hits, isn't as intense, and the addition of a nice slap of CBN, seems to add the Xanax you'd likely need afterward. Pungent strains seem to be fully capable of this, but the "eww gross" ones seem less likely. At least so far. I've only succeeded at this once, but it's like, she wants those sweeter ones, and they seem like the worst offenders lol. The stuff I've got where she's like "honestly this one has a smell that makes me want to throw up" have not once been an issue yet lol. That's my main reason for hoping one day I get a cut of Gelato #33; she loves that stuff even though it gets her anxiety going, but I'm crossing Larry into some Cheese so I can call it GOAT Cheese.
