Piece Water

[Chunky Stool]

A buddy brought over some ‘Piece Water’ for the superbowl. It’s a more viscous bong fluid that “makes for much cleaner and smoother hits” according to the label.

It actually works as advertised - which is surprising!
Hits are definitely smoother, and resin stays suspended in solution without sticking to the sides.

Not sure how much it costs.
There may be a DIY version out there.

What do you think?

That's interesting, but the flag @RookieBuds mentioned, would also cause me to be suspicious, and research more. For me personally, I have always liked distilled water (and distilled ice cubes). For some reason I always felt it was cleaner tasting without all the minerals and impurities of tap.

If in off topic sorry. For cleaning i use iso 70% or 91% ( oil extraction) and some epsom salt for scrubbing mode. I even reuse the iso and it makes glass oil free smell everytime. Plug the piece and shake. I used to buy glass shop cleaners but the iso and epsom did just as good and way cheaper

And the company is an LLC, which limits liability.

You know… in case someone dies of lung cheese from using their product.

I also clean my bong with alcohol, but only after getting it as hot as possible using hot water.

Fill bong with hot water, let it sit a minute or two, dump & repeat. Then add a few ounces of 91% isopropyl alcohol & shake vigorously while keeping the ends covered.

The resin melts in seconds.

Worst thing you can do is dump the water out of a dirty bong and let it dry out.
This petrifies the resin and makes it MUCH more difficult to remove.

I'm trying to find a nice beaker style w/o those stupid ice-catcher inward nipples those things make brush-cleaning nearly impossible.

ISO works great where a brush & HOT soapy water can't reach ---- then I use ISO to clean the resin'd up brush
