Used your picture to do a google search - came up with possibly a variety of Symphypleona - which has the common name of "snow fleas" - and supposedly can really jump. Maybe it's a start?Got a couple of slightly better pics

So now I have for sure 3 seperate types of springtails in my shit they just got dr zymes at 1 cup per 4 gals till about a gallon of runoff then sprayed the soil and plants with cannacontrol just to reduce populations till my rove beetles get here
Nothing wrong with worrying. Hopeb it's nothing brother. So they are all over the soil surface found a few crawling on the stalk, no fliers and no tailpipes and they appear to have little ridges on their upper backs, and these pics are the best we can get with an iPhone and 15x macro lens they are pretty small, and definitely capable of jumping, had a nice treasured convo last night with the bug lady Suzanne, and from the legends mouth "aphids don't jump" it would appear im just a regular springtail farmer lol and seriously @BH THANK YOU FOR HELPING WITH THIS, being lucky for 3 years and not having bug issues has left me lacking and panicky when it comes to the crawlers in our soils
@BH does the bug expert have any recommendations on keeping them down and or ridding them permanently
