Pollen day at Chez Hughie. Still having some leafy / husk-y material dirtying things up.

Still more to get, but a fairly solid start for a rube.
Only 1 question today, though, - Can I store pollen in that green/black container
in the last pic, or is it not airtight enough for storage? It is full now.
Should I just grab more vials? (Shit, that's two questions....)

I've only seen vials used, but, air tight and dry I think is the main thing here. I mean, if you have enough, just try storing some in there and see what happens

vials, put all 7 vials in a little tiny tupperware, filled it to the top with rice,
double freezer bagged it, and stuck 'em in the freezer.
Very much looking forward to some hazy crosses with this Bermuda Triangle Haze pollen!

I’ll need at least 4 pairs minimum .
I’ll lose on average with the wife’s Bermuda Triangle washing machine at least a pair a month so I should get 4-5 months from a bundle .

Actually I was an exception to the rule in Oz and found equilibrium which kind of made it hard at marching practice when Sarg would belt out

That reminds me of a story from my time in the world's second largest nuclear navy.
I was in Pensacola, FL at the Navy schools of Photography... I dunno back in '81 or '82.
I had returned for an advanced school - Cinema and TV Production Specialist. Ooooh!
They had a custom at the school, where the advanced students, who had been in a while
and were senior, were tasked with marching the kids fresh out of boot camp from the
barracks to the school building in the morning, and back again in the afternoon.
It's supposed to be a simple thing, just get the kids to school without any problems.
Well, then they decided to task Ol' Hugh with the duty one morning. Mistake.
I figured I might as well have a little fun with the assignment... Why not?
So, I started the kids off with a righteous marching tune from The Firesign Theater.
"You ain't got no friends on the Left (You're Right!).
You ain't got no friends on the Right (You're Left!).
Hound dog (One two) Poontang (Tree Frog)
Hound dog, Poontang, Coontown (I'se white!)."
Well, that went over pretty good, so I decided to go for broke.
Ever see The Wizard of Oz? The part with the wicked witch's guards?
Pretty soon, I had the whole Photo School chanting "Yo-Lee-Oh! Yooooo-Lo!"
And we're cruising down the street, making a hell of a racket, having some fun.
Perhaps inevitably, some admiral's wife had seen and heard us and was not amused
by my strutting around and screaming like Bill Murray in Stripes.
So there's Ol' Hughie, on the wrong side of the desk AGAIN, having a chat about
"Seriousness," and "Tradition," and "Making Good Choices."
Never had to march them kids again, though.
